I haven't been with this bank very long, but every time I visit, it'due south always the aforementioned. This location, off of Independence Blvd, makes me feel like part of the family, no matter when I visit or who's working. This branch isn't even the closest location to me, but I gladly leave of my way for this staff. Their energy is the same as when I was a new customer just browsing, every bit it is now, and I've been here over three months. The set u.s. procedure was smooth, the employees all were very forthcoming, welcoming, full of energy, and just overall professional and polite. No matter who's working that day, I receive the same energy, they fifty-fifty know me past name and call out to me, making it more than of an experience. They'll ask me more than just the regular "how are yous", they make the effort to actually remember me and go to know me, asking almost my dogs, how's school going, and other such things that show me that they're actually paying attention and here for me. I've never been so happy with a banking company or it'south experience earlier, I volition definitely keep returning. Thank you lot and keep up the great work!!

My married woman was appointed independent executor by Montgomery County courthouse for her deceased brother'southward estate. She obtained her letter of contained assistants from same court. She previously called Woodforest Banking company in Willis to ascertain the procedure to shut her brother'due south accounts, she was told to but bring in the courtroom documents and it could be accomplished upon that visit. It is an hour and a half drive from our home to Woodforest Bank. We appeared at bank and presented them the right court documents and were denied access to her deceased brother'south account. She was told that the Woodforest legal group would have to review the documents and that we would be notified when to render. Why didn't they inform us of this policy, we wasted a trip to Willis. It was not a good day being treated similar this, we volition certainly NEVER use or recommend Woodforest Banking company.

Information technology'south get a hassle to go when they are open. I work a lot and the reason I opened my account there was considering they were open seven days a week and decent hours each 24-hour interval.
At present, they are closed Sundays, take short hours the remainder of the week. They don't open until I'yard at work and to be honest the hours seem to exist constantly changing.
Not cool, not cool at all.

Bank is pitiful. No consistent hours from co-operative to branch. I will pull my money out in August 2021 and bank elsewhere in Kernersville NC. They are only in 17 states
